If you’ve ever gone up or down a band size, you may have noticed that suddenly your bra’s cup size seems wrong. “But I bought the exact same cup size I always wear!” I hear you saying. Well, that’s where the problem is. When you go down a band size, you need to go up a cup size and vice versa. We hear confusion about this all the time at HerRoom and that’s why I explain it all in the 4th in my series of bra fitting videos.
